Open the empty file you just created and write freely in your favourite editor. Say what you need in plain, everyday language — just as you would to a person.
For example:
“Please read this passage aloud in Cantonese — give it some rhythm, and a Hong Kong flavour if you can.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot, and never brought to mind…”
